About App Store & iTunes gift cards
An Apple Gift Card adds balance to an Apple Account. How the price works
The card value is what lands on your App Store & iTunes balance. The price you pay is lower: every card is priced below its face value, the larger the card the larger the saving, and the exact price is shown above before you pay. A welcome coupon, where you have one, is chosen on the checkout page.
How to redeem App Store & iTunes
- Copy the code from your GiftsPaylo order or delivery e-mail.
- On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, tap your photo or the account button, then choose Redeem Gift Card or Code.
- On a Mac, open the App Store, select your name, then Redeem Gift Card.
- Enter the code manually and tap Redeem.
- Check the balance on the account page. If Apple shows an error, contact GiftsPaylo within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms
Apple Gift Cards are issued by Apple and governed by Apple's gift card terms for the country of issue. Balances are not redeemable for cash, cannot be moved between countries and are not refundable by Apple once redeemed.
Digital codes are single-use. Check the account and region before redeeming, and keep the code private until then — anyone who has it can use it. Once delivered, a code cannot be cancelled, exchanged for another value or returned for cash, except under GiftsPaylo's buyer protection.
Only buy gift cards for yourself or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by GiftsPaylo's buyer protection. If a App Store & iTunes code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your GiftsPaylo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
