About Visa gift cards
A Visa prepaid gift card is a card number with a fixed balance that can be used for online purchases at merchants that accept Visa, subject to the card issuer's terms.
Prepaid cards are issued by banks or programme managers, not by Visa itself. Many need to be activated or registered with your name and address before first use; merchant acceptance, currency conversion fees and expiry are set by the issuer.

How the price works

How to redeem Visa
- Open your GiftsPaylo order or delivery e-mail and read the issuer's activation instructions.
- Activate or register the card on the issuer's website if asked, using the card details supplied.
- At an online checkout that accepts Visa, enter the card number, expiry date and security code.
- Use the billing name and address you registered, if the issuer requires it.
- If the card cannot be activated, contact GiftsPaylo within 24 hours of delivery.
Terms
Visa prepaid cards are issued by the financial institution named in the card terms and are governed by those terms, including fees, expiry and acceptance. They are not debit or credit cards linked to a bank account.
Digital codes are single-use. Check the account and region before redeeming, and keep the code private until then — anyone who has it can use it. Once delivered, a code cannot be cancelled, exchanged for another value or returned for cash, except under GiftsPaylo's buyer protection.
Only buy gift cards for yourself or as a genuine gift. Never use a gift card to pay someone who contacted you unexpectedly or who asks for the code to "verify" a payment.
Refund policy
Every order is covered by GiftsPaylo's buyer protection. If a Visa code does not work as described — invalid, already redeemed or showing a lower balance than purchased — report it from your order within 24 hours of delivery with the exact error message. Approved claims receive a replacement code or a refund to your GiftsPaylo wallet. Codes that were redeemed successfully, bought for the wrong region or shared with someone else cannot be refunded.
