How to redeem in Canada
Open your completed GiftsPaylo order or delivery email and locate the code. Keep it private.
Check that you are using the intended PlayStation account. Read the family-account guidance below if the purchase is for a child.
Visit https://store.playstation.com and sign in. Open your profile menu and choose Redeem Code.
Enter the supplied 12-character voucher code carefully, select Continue and follow any confirmation prompts.
Check the result and your wallet balance before starting a purchase.
If redemption fails, save the error message and contact GiftsPaylo through your order or live support. Hide personal details in screenshots.
Open PlayStation Store, press Triangle, then open More (…) and choose Redeem Code. Enter the voucher and select Redeem.
In PlayStation Store, find Redeem Codes at the bottom of the sidebar. Enter the voucher, continue, then confirm when prompted.
Open the PS Store tab and its menu. Choose Redeem Code, enter the voucher and continue.
Redeem the wallet top-up on the family manager's account. The family manager controls the child's monthly spending limit.

Can I use a Canada PlayStation card on my account?
Yes, when your PlayStation account belongs to the Canada region. Canadian codes redeem on the .ca storefront and cannot be applied to a US account. A code for the wrong region cannot be refunded once it is revealed, so check the account region first.
