How to redeem in Germany

Open your completed GiftsPaylo order or delivery email and locate the code. Keep it private.

Check that you are using the intended PlayStation account. Read the family-account guidance below if the purchase is for a child.

Visit https://store.playstation.com and sign in. Open your profile menu and choose Redeem Code.

Enter the supplied 12-character voucher code carefully, select Continue and follow any confirmation prompts.

On PS5

Open PlayStation Store, press Triangle, then open More (…) and choose Redeem Code. Enter the voucher and select Redeem.

On PS4

In PlayStation Store, find Redeem Codes at the bottom of the sidebar. Enter the voucher, continue, then confirm when prompted.

In PlayStation App

Open the PS Store tab and its menu. Choose Redeem Code, enter the voucher and continue.

For a child account
